I have tested my water quality every single month for the past 12 months, and the results have been consistently excellent with zero hardness.While they are well-known for HVAC, their water treatment services are a hidden gem. I first connected with Chuck Sanderson through NextDoor. Among several famous brands I was considering, Chuck stood out by truly convincing me of their product's quality. He was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and came out to test my water—which measured at a harsh 28 hardness initially and is now sitting at a perfect 0. Chuck’s consistent communication, clear explanations, and professionalism are the main reasons I chose Brockman. On the day of installation, he brought a top-tier plumber/installer who did an amazing job maximizing the space in my maintenance room. We installed the Addie Water System CM1 series 48k, and the workmanship is excellent.
