He showed us exactly what would be needed to keep our 18-year-old system running, what it would cost, and walked us through the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing it. He also found that a few things another company told us were broken actually weren't, while identifying an issue another company had completely missed. What impressed us most was that he never once criticized the other company, he simply explained the facts and let us make an informed decision. We chose to replace the system, and by Wednesday our brand-new HVAC system was installed and running. Three installers arrived right on time, worked incredibly hard all day (I honestly don't think they even stopped for lunch!), answered every question, showed us how everything worked, and stayed until they were completely confident the system was running perfectly. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. A real person answered the phone when we called, everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and respectful, and we always felt like they genuinely cared about taking care of us. One thing that really stood out: Brockman did not charge us anything to diagnose the problem. Another company charged us over $1,000 and still didn't diagnose everything correctly. That same company was also supposed to come Monday afternoon to provide a quote, but by an hour after the appointment time, they hadn't shown up or even called. After our experience with Brockman, we didn't even bother rescheduling. Even if the other company had come in with a lower price, we still would have chosen Brockman because of their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service.
