Angel and Cooper arrived right on time to get started with our air duct cleaning. We always appreciate the “heads up” text we get, complete with a photo, when a Brockman’s tech is on the way. The duo told us what they were going to do, about how long it would take, and then they set to work. Air duct cleaning is a noisy procedure, so we planned to be gone during that time; we always know we can trust our home to a Brockman tech. We had arranged to be called when the job was nearing completion, and that plan was executed in a timely manner. There is a lot of in and out, up and down in the house involved in a duct cleaning; doing it on a rainy day holds the potential for tracking in a mess but as always, the guys were careful to minimize any tracking and to clean up after themselves. I always appreciate that I do not need to spend hours cleaning up after a Brockman’s tech has been here. (We would not continue to use their services if that was the case!) We have used Brockman’s as our HVAC service for many years—which include several installations to replace old mechanicals—and we are happy to recommend them whenever we get the chance. We know we can trust the work they do and that they will treat us with honesty and integrity. We have yet to encounter a technician who is not well-trained, knowledgeable, and personable. Angel and Cooper were no exception. Brockman’s hires the best!

First time user and most impressive serviceman I’ve seen in a long time. Professional, courteous, and informative. Did his work, explained all in detail, and just represented his company in best possible way.

Ashlee Delagrange, Brad Hartman, Kevin Lalone, and Andy Cambron were great techs. Extremely professional, thorough, and made good suggestions. Would happily request any of them again. Nick Stern came over today, and did a truly fantastic job. He went out of his way to understand some of the problems we were experiencing and then find solutions. Nick is someone who very much enjoys HVAC and has a deep understanding of it. Our house was getting very humid. He changed the fan speed of our single stage fan motor and it immediately dehumidified the house. Then he recommended register fans to heat and cool a less well insulated addition to the house. Again, immediately made a difference. We started talking, and Nick said he likes to treat his customers like they were part of his family. A lot of people say that, but I really felt this guy means it and goes out of his way to help people. Also, his critical thinking and problem solving skills are next level. We've been struggling with these issues for years, and he immediately diagnosed the problem and came up with practical solutions. I highly recommend him as a tech who listens and uses a deep knowledge of HVAC to problem-solve.
