Nick was friendly and respectful. He did a thorough maintenance on our units. He answered my questions and was very helpful.

Brad did an excellent job fixing my furnace and even came back when I called him to say. I don't think something's right. It was just a thermostat. I wasn't set right, but hedid a great job. Brad is a good technician.

We recently had Terry out to our house for installation of our water softener. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and very professional. He also took great care in taking care of our carpet by covering it while old equipment was removed and new brought in which I appreciated! I would highly recommend using Brockman if you are in need of having a water softener system installed.

John Stone did the annual maintenance and cleaning on our AC today. He was very efficient and thorough and professional , and gave a good explanation of the process and the condition of the AC. I would highly recommend him for any future work on our HVAC.

Very happy! Our AC unit is old and it bit the dust. We have a family & pets, so with the fast response for diagnostics it was greatly appreciated. Our tech, Nick, was extremely nice and he made sure to give us options on repairs and replacement. With the cost for the repair, we may as well get a new unit - oh the joys of adulthood (we have a college kid so this is how we talk now 😆). Anyway, Nick listened to us, frequently asked if we had questions, asked if he needed to go further into details, or if he needed to explain things differenty. It was late in the evening and he didnt make us feel like he was rushing to get out or go home. In fact, it felt like he was sticking around MORE because he wanted to make sure we felt taken care of before he left. TLDR: Nick is an amazing tech. The company is coming back tomorrow to quote to replace our unit and we were told within a week they'd be out to get us taken care of. What a relief! We will recommend this company in the future. I dont foresee issues with the rest of the process if this is how the initial meeting went. Thank you.

Our AC stopped working and so we made a call to see what was happening. Nick showed up to take a look. We found out there was a significant leak and since our unit is so old (30+ years), it needs parts that are hard to find. The unit needs to be replaced. Honestly, though, he walked us through ALL options and we decided to not polish a turd and dump money into something that would need really expensive repairs. He was genuine and honest and we definitely didn't get the feeling that he just wanted money. He really wanted to help us. Worth mentioning: He even put boot covers on to walk the 6 steps from my back door to the garage (we have a severe thunderstorm warning right now - poor guy was working in the rain!). Anyway, we are really pleased with the service. We are getting a new AC hopefully within a week and we can stop sweating like pigs in this heat. Definitely recommend this company - Nick was trustworthy and knowledgeable.
